Return Process

  Log into your Tiktrove account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
